Coins, limits and verification

SherLuck crypto cashier: nine coins, £20 deposits and £50 withdrawals

How funding and cashing out work at SherLuck, what the limits are and which papers the verification team asks for.

The coin list

The SherLuck cashier opens from the wallet icon beside your balance or from Deposit now in the profile menu. In the market we tested it offered crypto and nothing else: nine coins spread across ten lines, because USDC on ERC-20 appears twice. The same coins work for deposits and withdrawals.

The footer also carries Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skrill and Revolut logos. None of them appeared in the cashier for the tested market, so card and wallet payments depend on where you log in from.

Funding an account step by step

  1. Sign in and tap the wallet icon next to your balance.
  2. Stay on the Deposit tab and pick a coin. The deposit bonus line reads No Bonus in the tested market.
  3. Copy the deposit address shown for that coin and network.
  4. Send at least £20 worth from your own wallet, making sure the network matches.
  5. Wait for the transfer to confirm on chain; the balance then updates.

SherLuck shows no fee of its own on deposits or withdrawals, although the terms warn that a payment provider can charge one. Third party payments and corporate credit cards are not accepted. The internal operating currency is the euro, and the terms list 13 account currencies, among them the Swiss franc, the US dollar, the Polish zloty and the Norwegian krone; sterling is not on the list, so exchange differences can apply.

Cashing out

A withdrawal starts at £50 and tops out at £10,000 per request. The terms promise processing within 3 business days, while the VIP rules set faster targets that fall from 24 hours to 1 hour as you climb. The table on our cashback ladder page gives the maximum withdrawal limit for each level, from £7,000 at Bronze to £30,000 at Obsidian.

Before you ask for a payout, check that each deposit has been turned over 3 times, since a processing fee may apply otherwise. Asking for a withdrawal also cancels any bonus you have not activated yet.

Identity checks

You can play without verifying. The Verification page reads "No verification needed", and it changes at your first withdrawal request, once lifetime deposits pass £2,000, or if the account shows unusual activity. At that point SherLuck asks for:

  • A government photo ID, front and back.
  • A selfie holding that ID.
  • Proof of address, such as a bank statement or a utility bill.

Each paper needs at least three months left before it expires. Papers not written in the Latin alphabet can lead to a video check, and SherLuck may also ask for proof of the payment method. The full set is due no more than 14 days after SherLuck asks. The site does not say how long a review takes.
